My Cat is a Physician

I am noting a slow, but inexorable, deterioration in memory, but, thankfully, it is slow, and not impacting basic functions or driving. My wife is also retired, and we go everywhere together (actually, we did the same when we were working and I did not Alzheimer's) as we both treasure each other's company- e.g. driving to our jobs together, spinning in the evening together (spinning wheels and fiber). watching TV, etc. We almost always worked at the same hospital, which allowed us to see each other often during the work week at our jobs. This is now a moot point as we are now both retired and can, as a result, do everything together - it is a joy. I do note a very slow degradation in my memory, but I am still hopeful as more and more research is being undertaken to slow and eventually stop this disease. The Rush Without Warning Group is a real boost, as well, and I am thankful for this and the people who run it so well.
